Bio / CV

Lane Collins was born in a small town in the foothills of North Carolina. Growing up in the South, she loved taking pictures and aimless drives and couldn't wait to go see the world. At age 21, she moved west to California to study photography at the San Francisco Art Institute, where she later graduated with a BFA. She has since lived, traveled and photographed across the globe – remote islands, high deserts and places in between.

Lane now lives in Portland, Oregon.
